So, my knee is doing loads better. There's still pain, but I'm not limping!!! It has to be the ibuprofen, lol. Something's still right not right, though, because it's still a constant hurt and it wasn't doing that before I injured myself. Heh. I did yoga last night and was able to do all the stuff! It was deep stretching, but still; big accomplishment. Now to just wait and see if the MRI request went through ..
